The church of San Nicola di Genna goes back to the 16th century and is located at the crossroads of seven streets. It belonged to the feud of Genna, once full of vineyards.
The area was once populated, as evidenced by the numerous ceramic findings in the land surrounding the church. Near the church you’ll see the well-known ice house of San Nicola di Genna, hypogeal room from 1788.
South to the church you can also see the Muro di Genna, which is the remains of a Medieval building.
