The cloister of Immacolata is a 19th century house that the Gabriel family left to the Benedictine-Celestine nuns of the cloister of San Basilio in 1964.
Among the many activities, this cloister features an active old-book-restoration workshop.
The plantation of aloe and the realisation of beauty-healing products deriving from this plant in this building are also well known.
